What condition will I receive the dress?
AnswerAll our designer dresses are dry-cleaned after every single use, so your dress will arrive in a previously used, but perfect condition.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
AnswerNo, we’ll take care of the dry cleaning for you. Simply place the dress in the provided pre-paid satchel and return it to your nearest Post Office.
What happens if I damage the dress?
AnswerWe understand that some wear and tear may be unavoidable, so we provide a free $50 accidental damage insurance to allow for any minor mishaps.
If your dress gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, you will be liable to pay for the retail price of the item as listed on our website.
Do you deliver Australia wide?
AnswerYes, we do! We deliver directly to your front door anywhere in Australia including residential, P.O Boxes and business addresses.
What do you charge for delivery?
AnswerOur delivery fee is a flat $19.95 anywhere in Australia. This fee includes the delivery to you, and the return back to us (in a pre-paid satchel).
How long does delivery take?
AnswerThe estimated standard delivery time is 2-3 business days – depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
AnswerEasy! Our friendly customer service team will send you an SMS once the item is shopped with your Australia Post tracking number.
Do I have to sign when my order is delivered?
AnswerNo, you don’t personally have to. Anyone at the address at the time of delivery can sign on your behalf.
How do I return my dress?
AnswerSimply place the dress in the pre-paid return satchel and drop it at your nearest Post Office or the yellow express postal box by 5pm on your last day of hire. You will be sent a friendly SMS reminder the day before your dress is due to be returned.
Are there late fees if I return the dress late?
We do rely on our customers to return our dresses on time so that we can continue to fulfil orders for all our customers. If you do return this late unfortunately another customer might miss out so please make sure this is returned by the date. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org

If you return your rental items late, a fee of $30 per day will be charged to the credit card you provided on your order.
What if my rental ends on a Sunday or a Public Holiday?
AnswerAlthough Australia Post is closed Sundays and public holidays, you can still take your return package to your nearest yellow express postal box. Your package will be sent back to us the following business day.
